Qualification: Graduation

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring maximum conversion of walk in by attending each and every customer.
- Assisting the customers by understand their needs and closing the sale accordingly.
- Increasing the ticket Size by Cross selling and Up-selling.
- Planning and striving to achieve the sales target of the assigned section.
- Taking active feedback from customers through suggestions forms, tablets
- Educating the customers on the new promotions & offers.
- To maintain the display, ensure proper ironing, folding, piling, colour blocking etc as per VM norms.
- Customers and ensure excellent customer service
- Cashiering / billing as per the billing process
Attend training as per the training schedule and complete all online certifications as per timeline.
