You will be responsible for :
- Making electronic bookings/reservations on the computer and assisting with the registration process & billing
- Effectively handling queries of customers over the phone and strictly adhering to telephone manners as per existing norms of the organization
- Assisting all the VIP/Priority/Prime customers as per requirements.
- Assisting in obtaining customer feedback through online Customer Feedback software.
- Report generation and handling report dispatch counter.
- Participating in and contributing to departmental quality initiatives.
- Being aware of the department's performance and objective.
- Carrying out data collection activities and performing tasks as assigned by the superior.
The Profile :
- You ideally have experience in a Customer Service, Tellecalling or similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
- You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
