Skills : Fresher BPO, Communication, experienced candidates, Voice process, International bpo, outbound process, call centre executive, international call centre.
Shift : day Shift(12ppm-8:30pm)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handling Outbound Voice Calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer
- Strong telephony etiquettes(verbal & active listening skills)
- Excellent communication skills.
