Associate - Customer Care - Food Delivery Firm (1-3 yrs)
Job Title : Customer Care Associate
Location : Gurgaon
Education : Bachelor's Degree (Graduation from a regular course)-
Experience :
- Experienced candidates with a maximum of 3 years in Customer Service
- Freshers from a Hospitality/Service Industry background or from tier 1-2 colleges of reputable universities are welcome.
- Communication : Proficient in English & Hindi
- Good typing and written communication skills
- Salary : INR 3.2L to 4L per annum (tentative and subject to change)
- Shifts :
- Primarily day shifts
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
- If assigned night shifts (8 PM to 8 AM), cab service will be provided for one side
Joining : Immediate
Interview Rounds : Face-to-Face
Walk-in Drives : Monday, Wednesday, Friday at the Zomato office

- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate
- Customer Experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution
- Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Freshers from Hospitality/Service Industry or tier 1-2 colleges are also encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Excellent typing and written communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and be flexible with shift timings
