Associate Counselor - Sales - Education (2-4 yrs)
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.

- Counsel students about the end to end procedure for various Countries
- Managing communication between various departments to ensure smooth process
- Handling daily Bulk SMS, Bulk email and Next day students confirmations for a face to face counselling.
- Fluent in English
- Marketing and Advising Customers for Franchises, Coaching's and Abroad education
- Achieve Targets set by the firm.
- Accuracy is very essential to connect to the correct numbers required.
- Make sure that telephone system work smoothly without interruption.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
