Associate - Corporate/B2B Sales - Recruitment (0-5 yrs)
JD :
- Map an area by cold visits, internet resources and gather contacts of corporate HR's.
- Connect to corporate HR's via telephone / email to fix up a meeting.
- Pitch recruitment and staffing sales along with manager.
- Discuss pricing and negotiate before on-boarding a client.
- Ensure transparent handover of the mandate to servicing team.
- Maintain relationship with on-boarded clients and ensure smooth servicing.
- Manage client escalations and keep track of revenue generated.
Note :
- Any Graduate Fresher is allowed with excellent communication skills.
- Any B2B or Corporate Sales Experience from any Field is allowed.
