- Lead Generation - Door knocking into corporate parks and business offices with a mission to map and engage the employer data
- Follow Up - Onboarding employers as clients over telephonic interactions and email confirmations
- Handover - Connect employer with the Aasaanjobs Servicing Team and ensure knowledge transfer
- Relationship Management - Handhold the employer and oversee a seamless recruitment transaction
- Revenue Targets - Share and keep track of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets and achieve bonus pay
Note :
- Any Graduate Fresher is allowed with excellent communication skills.
- Any B2B or Corporate Sales Experience from any Field is allowed.
