Associate - Community Management & Partnerships (2-5 yrs)

- We are looking for a community & partnerships rockstar, who is experienced in social media, PR, marketing campaigns, and promotional events, to build and grow our community. You should be a natural people person', with an obsession for customer happiness, and proficiency in written and verbal communication, to moderate all the online and offline communication with our community.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage online communities of young women on our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.

- Curate and create relevant and valuable content to keep community members informed, engaged, and motivate

- Plan and organize online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, and networking sessions, to enhance community interaction

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution

- Act as a point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring an extraordinary community experience

- Monitor community discussions to identify and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise

- Utilize analytics tools to track community growth, engagement metrics, and other relevant KPIs

- Provide regular reports and insights to management on community performance and member feedback

- Work closely with marketing, product, and other relevant teams to align community initiatives with overall company goals

- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to enhance community credibility and reach

Requirements :

- Degree in Marketing/PR/Mass Communications from a premier university

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a community manager

- Experience in building and growing a community from zero

- Hands-on experience in planning and executing community initiatives (e.g. online forum, event series, newsletter, etc.)

- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events, etc.)

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication

- Willingness to be available and responsive to community needs at all times

- Hands-on experience with social media management, influencer management, and community management for brands

- Knowledge of online marketing channels, strategy, and execution

- Honest, sincere, hard-working, detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage time and meet deadlines
