Associate - Community Management - IT (4-6 yrs)
We are Having Openings on " Community Management Associate" Position.
Location : Hyderabad
Total Experience: 4 to 6 yrs
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with internal Client delivery teams to fulfill their requests, provide guidance and resolve issues
- Manage multiple support requests in parallel, taking responsibility for meeting SLAs
- Work directly with other members of the Community Management team to fulfil requests and identify additional, scalable ways to identify individuals for this customer
- Accurately categorize requests to be used in data and KPI analysis
Qualifications :
- Must be proficient in English (reading/speaking/writing)
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills (writing examples are required)
- 2+ years of prior Customer Service or related experience
- Have an interest in how to recruit, engage, motivate, retain, and stimulate a vibrant healthy communities
- Ability to logically break down and prioritize issues based off of urgency and severity and to prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work non-standard hours as necessary, within limits of a typical work week, in order to best support our global community and collaborate with other team members in various geographies
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
