Associate - Client Servicing - BFS (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we- d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with key employees among customers.
- Create plans to address clients- business needs.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Identify, prioritize and resolve client issues/concerns; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to provide response and/or solutions.
- Providing feedback of daily campaigns sharing monthly validations and timely reports.
- Managing all Advertisers and Affiliates accounts, systematically and logically to fetch and deliver Digital campaigns through different media.
- Sharing verified data with the Finance Team for generation of invoices and making sure that the payments are released and received on time. Following up if necessary.
