Role:
- Responsible for Front Office Operation management Workspace.
- Inter departmental coordination.
- Assisting Business Head in day to day operations
- Oversee smooth arrival and departure of clients.
- Regular inspections of all sections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Responsible for creating a positive and united work environment among all staff;
- Train new hires and existing staff on all operating policies and procedures;
- The Lobby or FO Manager / Operational Head is responsible for implementing the business plans and initiatives of the assigned business cluster.
