About the job
Key responsibilities :
1. Maintain daily records with existing/new clients to take follow-ups via email and chat
2. Help clients to choose the appropriate journal as per their requirements
3. Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers
4. Address customer concerns and complaints
5. Review the client's feedback and implement necessary changes
Skill(s) required :
- English Proficiency (Spoken)
- English Proficiency (Written)
- MS-Office
- Earn certifications in these skills
- Learn Business Communication
Salary Probation :
Duration : 3 months
Salary during probation: 12,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC :
2.5 - 3.5 LPA
