Associate - Client Acquisition & Business Development (2-8 yrs)

Xperia has been retained by a well renowned client to identify a Associate/Manager who will work closely with the corporate Client Origination & Business Development team and be responsible to generate leads.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
- To penetrate into all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services
- To set up and deliver pitch presentations
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organization(s) to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure
- Ensure adherence to set acquisition process, maintain the prospect funnel and the necessary MIS report(s)
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan

Qualifications :
- Graduate degree (any discipline) from a top-tier school or BBA/ BMS with MBA/ PGDM preferred
- Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
