Job Description and Role:

- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the city

- Hire, monitor, and manage a two-tier team of Team Leaders and Sales Manager.

- Owning and delivering targets for Various sales Channels

- Single point of contact between the ground Sales team and the central team. He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground

- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team

- Training and mentoring team members on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback

- Resume Round to gauge the Sales Knowledge, Rigor and Team Handling

- Round 2

- Case Study - Performance management, KRA understanding, Target driving and Ability to hit the target

- Round 3

- Case Study - To Understand the Data interpretation and corrective action to be taken

- Round 4

- Culture fit and Integrity

- 5-10 years of experience in Handling Ground Sales team and a large span

- Should have handled team size of min 10+

- No job-hopping. If working in the same company for a long period he should have climbed in the hierarchy ladder.

- Companies - FMCG, Telecom or High Growth Start-up

- Candidates must have local geography knowledge.

- Candidate must know the local language.

- Age should not be more than 33yrs.
