Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: Mini. 5 Years of experience in the Life Insurance Sector only.
CTC: Up to 9.00 LPA + Other Benefits
Job Roles and Responsibility :
- Candidates Should have good exposer to the Agency Channel of Life Insurance.
- Expertise in Team handling of Agents, Advisor, and Financial Consultants.
- To manage the agency channel sales team and sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and closing sales aims.
- To Drive Fls and accomplish targets as per the demands.
- Handling a team of on-roll employees i.e. FLS
