Associate Circle Head - Sales - Agency Channel - Insurance (6-10 yrs)
- The incumbent will manage and convert corporate customers and account holders leads for achieving business targets of sales unit.
- Coordinating the activities of a sales team in order to build a healthy and profitable relation with clients and other associates
- Setting weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets for the Sales Executives and other Sales Representatives, making sure these targets are realistic and achievable
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
- Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets and track leads, close sales.
- Sell to corporate customers basis need analysis
- Help the RO/ RM team of bank and facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times
- Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.
