Associate Circle Head - Agency - Insurance (7-8 yrs)
Responsibility
- Responsible for revenue generation for entire Circle.
- Managing Branch Unit in headed by Branch Managers with Sales Managers.
- Evaluate individual training needs for the managers.
- Ensure technical and financial knowledge for self and the team to ensure proactive and efficient customer service and branch operations
- Implement initiatives to streamline processes for efficient functioning of the Circle.

- Enhancing the market presence of the Company in the local areas of operation through personal intervention.
