- Building and Develop a team of 8 to 10 Highly Talented Front Line Sales Managers to Drive a Business
- Develop and Execute a Sales Plan to help a team build and expand their Distribution network and meet the targets
- Schedule a Meetings and Training Program on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
- Sales Team Management, Recruitment and Provide a Training them
- Review team performance and encourage them to do more efforts on business.
- Achieve a Sales goal of your sales team by developing a Channel Sales Strategy
Candidates Requirement :
- Graduation in Any Stream
- 4 to 6 Years of experience in Agency Channel - Life Insurance
Age: Up to 37 Years
