Associate - Chat Support (0-1 yrs)

- Provide stellar email and chat support to our esteemed clients.
- Address customer queries and concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with a talented team to maintain service quality and exceed customer expectations.

Qualification :
- BA, BCOM ( 2023 Passout )
- (2022 passout also considerable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings).
- Should be residing within 30kms from Airoli.
Salary : 18,500 CTC per month
