Duties and Responsibilities :
- Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sales target for each Coffee Table Book.
- Virtually meeting agencies to understand client budgets and keep them updated on various IPs we are executing
- Presenting agencies, the value break-up (Media & Non-Media) with respect to the proposal shared with clients.
- Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each event.
- Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in the sectors- advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategic needs.
- Maximize revenue and ensure that revenue targets attached to conferences/summits are achieved.
- Update the company Maximizer database as required;
- Liaise with the Marketing Team and build drip marketing campaign for each IP.
- Constantly monitor market penetration and design strategies to strengthen our footprint within the sectors.
Internal - Work closely with various departments
External - Industry Associations, Media, Ministries, NGOs and Corporates (for sponsorship)
