We are looking for Associate ( Business Operatiions) ) for Bangalore ( Ulsoor Road)

4) Experience- 6 months- 3 years of
relevant experience in Customer service/ customer support with BPO/ Telecom/ Insurance sector

Responsibilities
- Documentation of processes for each of the assigned clients.
- Ensure customers- queries/escalations are managed with high accuracy/relevance within the agreed SLA/TAT.
- Calling the customer to collect data
- Manage customer queries over calls/ emails
- Coordinating with the outsourced vendor for inbound/outbound calling activities.(If Any)
