Business Development Associate - Web and Digital Solutions

Job Description

As a pivotal member of our team, the Business Development Associate for Web Solutions will be a key

driver in advancing our company's growth. Focused on our core services including website design, digital marketing services, website maintenance, and iNextCRM solutions, you will play a central role in proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Work From Home and On-site (For Odisha only)

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Proactively identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.

2. Client Engagement:

- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business needs.

- Conduct product presentations and articulate the value proposition of our web design, digital marketing, and iNextCRM services.

3. Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with the project team to create compelling proposals tailored to clients' requirements.

- Provide accurate and transparent pricing information.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.

- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.

5. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

- Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the web design or digital marketing industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other marketing tools.
