Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Client Acquisition:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our B2B managed hiring services.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Execution :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to successful candidate placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide excellent customer service.
