We're building the initial B2B business development team. The BDA will be an integral part of the sales engine with amazing learning and growth opportunities.

Job Functions: B2B Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Client Retention, Cold Calling, Emailing, Booking and conducting meetings (in-person, online).

Requirements:

1. Should be great with research and thinking on the spot.

2. Should have amazing capability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.

3. Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with relationship building skills.

4. Must be a data driven professional passionate for making a career in sales.

5. Must have a knack for dealing with people, difficult situations, and negotiations.

Job Description :

1. Generating new business by keeping an eye on the current market trends, generating and converting leads via LinkedIn,Calls, Mails, Job portals, etc.

2. Conduct meetings with companies via Video calls/ In-person meetings, handle negotiations, close deals.

3. Understand emerging trends and market shifts while being aware of the competition.

4. Provide marketing ideas, be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

5. Working days : Monday to Friday - General working hours
