Associate - Business Development - Real Estate/Hospitality (1-2 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
- Plan for the company's financial success
- Determine key business development KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
- Require doing regular market research.
- Build strong networks with builders, landlords, and building owners.
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals and consultants.
BDM requirements and qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a BDM in the hospitality industry, real estate, or any relevant industry
- A degree is a must, MBA preferable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great presentation skills
