Associate- Business Development/Presales - Financial Services (1-4 yrs)

We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of a Pre-Sales Associate/Business Development Representative, and play a pivotal role in driving our lead generation, ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our pre-sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects to propel leads through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize various sources in building the leads database for CRM, support in setting up lead qualification metrics & processes

- Qualify and assess prospects/leads and advance leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment - with our target customer profiles

- Utilize various channels for lead generation, including proactive outbound cold calls, emails, other strategic outreach methods and persistent follow-ups.

- Understand customer needs and requirements, generate interest in our product offerings, drive qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline, and support sales by orchestrating meetings.

- Attend Expos, conferences, Trade shows & B2B Events across India to gather industry leads, gain market intelligence data & create visibility for our offerings

- Proactively devise innovative approaches to reach out, intelligently navigate channels, and establish contact with decision-makers.

- Ensure the CRM records are maintained up-to-date with client data, meeting notes, actionables.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 1-3 years in lead generation, pre-sales and customer acquisition in the financial services space, preferably in the SME loans, Business loans or LAP segment.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily, crafting persuasive emails and handling rejection positively.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Leadsquared, Zoho etc.

- Ability to understand customer pain points and effectively convey our solutions.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
