- We are looking for a Business Development Associate based in Delhi with expertise in footwear sales or the footwear sole industry. As a vital member of our team, you will drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients in Agra and surrounding areas. Your role requires in-depth knowledge of footwear products, the ability to meet sales targets, and exceptional customer service skills. - The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation, and look for new and creative ways to market our products. A background in Footwear & Sports sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in Agra and surrounding areas. Identify potential customers, factory houses, local traders, retailers and understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.

Product Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of our footwear products, including materials, styles, and features, to effectively educate and assist customers.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas to drive revenue growth for the company.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and market positioning.

Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Resourcefulness : Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and explore innovative approaches to market our products.

Requirements :

Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in footwear sales or the footwear sole industry. Background in Footwear & Sports sales or marketing is highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Sales Skills : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
