Associate - Business Development - IT Software/Cloud Solutions (1-3 yrs)
PROCESS MASTER is looking for Business Development Executive having extensive experience in IT Software Selling.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate with prospects to convey the promising brand image and product USP.
- Discover new business opportunities for sales & marketing of software solutions offered by the organization.
- Understand client requirements and educate them about the suitable solution that can meet their specific requirements.
- Propose new deals persuasively.
- Negotiate with clients to drive maximum business.
- Enrich existing partnerships and ensure maintaining a satisfied clientele.
- Present the product demo and elaborately describe the introduction, benefits & features of the same.
- Management of entire sales cycle.
- Depending on business requirements, BDM may be required to travel across country for developing the existing or newer opportunities.
- Analyze current market trends and define long-term organizational goals.
- Travel PAN India and other countries for Business purposes.
Requirements :
1. Qualification: MBA(Marketing), B.E/B.Tech
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
3. Persuasive and goal-oriented
4. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
5. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
6. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
7. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
