Job Description : Business Development Associate (BDA)

Position Overview :

- As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization.


- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and research potential clients and markets to pursue new business opportunities.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling pitches and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.

4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and delivery of services to clients.

5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

7. Track and report on sales and business development activities, including pipeline status, client interactions, and revenue projections.

8. Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and build professional networks.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.

4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

6. Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
