Associate - Business Development - IT (1-4 yrs)

The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- The position holder will be an individual contributor
- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients
- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from OMSGuru
- Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets
- Systematic follow-up and time-bound closures
Ideal Candidate :
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a B2B Account Management or Pre-sales role.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships with senior level stakeholders.
- You have working knowledge of IT Sales and Software sales
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
- Daily 3-4 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite
- Must have own vehicle.
