Position: Business Development Associate

Required Experience- 6 months - 1 year

Location: Noida

Role & Responsibility:

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

- Creating business development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections

- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and new connects

- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships

- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

- Understand Sales targets and take initiative to achieve the same.

- Lead Management Follow-ups close the deals.

- Customer Acquisition Life Cycle Management.

- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.

- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients.

- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fill them.

- Built strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.

- Preparing financial projections and sales targets

- Producing reports for management

Required skills and qualifications:

- Computer Engineer with MBA

- Demonstrated successful Enterprise Software Sales/ application sales Experience.

- Expertise in Application Sales & Software Solutions Sales, Enterprise Sales.

- Ability and maturity to sell and build relationships and expand on new relationships.

- Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals.

- Able to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs.

- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology.

- Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Superb leadership ability.

- Open to travel.

- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
