Associate - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Recruit Team under you and support them as a Manager
- You can also recruit Part Time Employees under you
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan
- Conduct meeting with reporting agents on an ongoing basis to evaluate their performance and advise them on the same.
Candidate Profile :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have more than 2 years of sales experience in life insurance / Agency Channel / Tied Channel / Alternate Channel.
- Should be Stable and shouldn't be a frequent job changer.
- Excellent Influencing and Selling Skills.
- Should be a Good Performer.
