Associate - Business Development - Healthcare (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by counselling patients through structured discussions regarding our services.
- Analyse patients' profiles and concerns to effectively articulate the advantages of our offerings, providing continuous support throughout their healthcare journey.
- Demonstrate a high level of compassion and guidance, ensuring that patients' needs are met and they receive comprehensive support throughout their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate with doctors to ensure that the patient receive the best care
- Need to go on field to build offline demand if required
- Take full ownership of responsibilities and proficiently strategize and execute weekly and monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- BTech or Any Graduate
- 1-4 years of experience in customer facing/sales role
- Go getter attitude is a must
- Open to work in a very dynamic startup environment
