Associate - Business Development - FinTech (1-3 yrs)
A Fintech Startup client of Meraki Konsulting is looking for Business Development Associates
Job Location: Bangalore,Gurgaon
Role and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target assigned for various products & services.
- Have to acquire new user for their financial services app account and open the account after completing full KYC
- Cross sell new products & service opportunities
- Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in the geography assigned
- Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities
- Work with the team lead to ensure product sale is per regulations.
- Maintain daily activity matrix and calls/follow-up.
- Ensure daily sales call routine with the managers.
- Maintaining salary credit of the accounts opened.
- Should be open to travel.
Experience and Qualification :
- 1+ years of corporate salary or retail banking experience in large private sector Banks and/or Payroll Cards
- Experience of financial products, geographies and distribution will be a plus
- Self-motivated
- Graduates
