- Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Associate. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and expanding their presence in the healthcare industry. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Forge strategic partnerships

- Build and nurture relationship

- Conduct market research

- Collaborate with the marketing team

- Represent the company at events

- Assist in sales material development

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/B2C Sales role, ideally within the Ed Tech industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have working knowledge of negotiable, marketing, Business Acumen, Active Listening, Strategy and Sales Forecasting

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or technology industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for identifying opportunities.

- A passion for healthcare and technology, with a deep understanding of the medical education landscape.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
