We are hiring for BYJU's, India's Leading Ed-Tech Company for the Business Development Associate/ Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive role.

Sector: Sales / Business Development / Sales support

Preferred Skill Sets:

- Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)

- Sales Drive and resilience.

- Experience in consultative selling.

- Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented.

- Business Development.

- B2B and B2C sales

Locations: Pan India / Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Kolkata / Pune / Indore / Jaipur / Ahmedabad / Lucknow / Kanpur

Working Days: 5 days work week (Saturday and Sunday Mandatory working)

CTC / Salary: 10 Lacs Per Annum (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Direct Sales Allowance + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable)

- Desired Candidate Profile: Any graduate eligible

- Age Should be less than 28 Years

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT experience

- Preferred Candidates from Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Durables, & Telecom sectors.

- Candidates already working in Ed-Tech please don't apply.

- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

- Education: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
