Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Located in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
