Hiring for a leading Ed- tech industry for the profile of BDA Pan India.
Profile : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory (Min 50% throughout academics)
Experience: Minimum 1 year Max 3 year required
Age: upto 26 years only
Salary: As per company norms
Location: PAN India

- Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)

Job Description :
- Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the way of Learning in your city.
- As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the application using a consultative selling approach.
- The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Qualification:
- Education: Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA (2020 or earlier passing out)
- 10th Grade criteria is greater than 50% (>50)
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Feet On Street in Sales for Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Digital Apps, Consumer Durable, Ed-Tech & Telecom sectors.
- Not more than 26 years of age.
