Our client is an online platform that presents hand-curated news and facts for in-depth understanding of world events. They specialize in providing guidance to students who wish to appear for and excel in the prominent UPSC exams. They guide their students one on one as per their strengths and weaknesses. The preparatory content and concepts are shared by the team after tremendous analysis and research, giving the students easier understanding of each subject matter.

The team believes in imparting knowledge and study material at very affordable rates. A lot of their refined, curated and quality content is free of cost. The team consists of post-graduates and experts from various fields like Economics, Politics, Finance, Business etc who double up as faculty to share their hard-earned knowledge to eager students. Their YouTube channel has hundreds of videos that gives detailed information on a variety of topics as well as the journeys of toppers who have used their study material.

As a BDA (Business Development Associate), you will be assisting the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition (students, aspirants).

What you will do:

- Quickly understanding the context of a student's preparation, assessing his/her learning patterns and pitching relevant products and making a sale.

- Building an empathetic connection with the student community at large and understanding their motivations levers

- Making cold/ filtered leads calls and establishing product relevance and ultimately the sale

- Maintaining knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

- Understanding the core differentiators among the competitors in the same industry and informing & incorporating the management & the users about them to increase sales volume

What you need to have:

- Any graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience

- Should have worked in a sales role and should be able to articulate his/her learnings

- Should be result and process improvement oriented

- Candidate who has worked in higher education course selling scenarios preferred

- Should be able to demonstrate that in his resume/ talks

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 3,00,000 to 6,00,000
