Associate - Business Development - EduTech (0-5 yrs)
We are Hiring candidates for Business Development Associate profile for our EdTech client.
Location - Bangalore (Initially work from home)
Qualification - Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience - 1 to 5 years in Sales/BD in any sector (Preferable EdTech companies) or any IT Services experience will also be considered
Salary - Up to 10 LPA fixed + variable (for experienced candidates)
Salary for freshers - up to 5 LPA (freshers can also apply)
Skills required - Cold calling, Inside sales, Lead generation
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Determining and conveying sales targets that facilitate the actualization of our company's broader objectives
- Assigning work to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner
- Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards.
- Cold calling and Lead generation
Note :
1. Candidates must have excellent communication skills
2. 5 days working (2 fixed off in a week)
