Associate - Business Development - EduTech (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1 Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
2 Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
3 Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
4 Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Requirements :
1) Willing to work 6 days a week
2) Mondays Off
3) Job Location - Gurgaon
4) Any graduate / Postgraduate
5) 6.6 LPA (4 LPA - fixed + 2.6 LPA - variable).
