1. Exhibit strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks and focusing on high-impact activities.
2. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Proactively communicate with customers, address their concerns, and ensure customer retention.
5. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, initiate meaningful conversations.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on insights gathered from client interactions.
Qualifications:
1. 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development, and IT
2. Graduate degree
3. Knowledge of LSQ
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Expertise in K12 is good to have
6. Experience in handling tech product is a plus
