Job Title: Business Development Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting.

- Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead qualification and conversion.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience.

- Academic background in a higher tech field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Environment:

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days a week

Timing: Domestic Shift

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 8.4 LPA + incentives
