Associate - Business Development - Education (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Contacting interested candidates from the apna platform to counsel them on their learning requirements and how the apna personalized learning journey will help them achieve their end goal
- Reach out to all assigned leads with minimum turnaround time
- Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue contribution goals on a weekly & monthly basis
- Bring back learnings & insights from customer interactions to help the product & marketing teams sharpen the offering
- Track your calls & the status of leads via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system & process
Requirements for the Role :
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognised college or university
- > 2 years relevant experience in business development/ Inside Sales / Telesales / Educational Sales
- Demonstrated past success in an outcome/ target driven sales & business environment
- Experience in edtech or B2C sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable in English and at least 1 of the following languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil)
- Customer focus with good convincing ability, negotiation skills and confident personality
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing customer interactions
- Experience in lead management & closure
