Associate - Business Development - Education (1-5 yrs)
1. 1-5 Years of Sales Experience (B2C preferably)
2. Must be a Graduate (10+2+3) atleast
3. Must be an Excellent Communicator English & Regional Language
4. Must have Personal Bike, Laptop and Android Phone
5. Must be flexible to work in field ( Field Sales, Direct Sales experience)
6 Must be below 30 years of Old
Job Responsibility :
- Selected candidates will be working as an associate doing field sales in their region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the company way of Learning in your city.
- As a BDA they will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the company application using a consultative selling approach.
- The ideal candidate needs to be a quick learner wit strong negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
