Overview :

- As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales and business development.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Demonstrated experience in lead generation and conversion.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Solid understanding of market analysis and sales performance metrics.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
