1) Identify opportunities
2) Meeting with School Owners
3) Understand business market
4) Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
5) Market Research
6) Explain our product to school owners
7) Conversion of business to payed customers
4) Lead filtration strategy.
5) Business development.
- Maintain existing business
6) First Month is your look out period. During that period your target is 2 deals close or 2500 students Enrollment.
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree in marketing and sales or equivalent experience
2) 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising or a related field
3) Strong leadership and team management skills
- Prior industry related business development experience
4) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5) Marketing knowledge
6) Social media knowledge
7) Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
8) Focused and goal-oriented
9) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding conversion targets..
CTC : 7 lpa (Fixed4lpa+3lpa variable)
