Roles and Responsibilities :
- As a BDA you are reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech-landscape.
- Providing in depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how we can help them.
Skills Required :
- 1-6 years of work experience in sales, business development and/or IT services
- You should be a graduate, preferably a B.Tech one
- Your communication and conversational skills should be top-notch
- Have a sales bent of mind
Skills that can be an added advantage :
- Expertise in K12 and above domain
- Proficient in handling tech products
- Handled a ticket size >50K
- A passion for sales and target achievement
