About the Role :
- BDA is the face of business and will help all the aspiring students & professionals how to leverage online / distance learning in accelerating their career progression. This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top universities in India.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will have to do outbound calls & follow-up calls daily with prospective students who would be working executives, professionals, freshers.
- Understand Customer profiles & interests and explain the effective learning methods and opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling.
- To be able to guide and inform on enquired products and Handle queries.
- Learn/Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.
- Have good communication skills in English with good telephone etiquette.
- To be comfortable working weekly for 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Should have Keen interest in education counselling, Knack for sales and in mentoring.
- Should be Target driven with a problem-solving approach.
Desired Skills :
- Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree
- Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent.
- Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales, Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
- Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting, Cold Calling from various sources.
- Exposure to social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
