Associate - Business Development - Education (0-3 yrs)
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online chat processes,
1. Must have good communication in both English & Tamil
2. Better understanding of sales
3. Outbound Process : Upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
4. Inbound Process : Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers
5. Online Chat Process : Be available to address any query coming through online chat mode
